Return Policy: 30 Days return Policy:
If for any reason the product needs to be returned, go to http://www.invotel.com/support/ or contact support@invotel.com within 14 days of product arrival to get a RMA number to send it back. ALL SALES ARE FINAL after the 14 days. Returns need to be complete with all parts in re-sellable condition and must arrive within 16 days of RMA issue date. Late returns are charged %1 restocking fee per day. Returns are subject to a %25 re-stocking fee if they are not in a re-sellable condition with all parts enclosed, Telephones are not returnable or refundable. Orders that are cancelled after already shipped are charged 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Incomplete, non-re-sellable or no RMA returns received within 30 days are charged %30 restocking fee. By placing an order online here or over the phone the customer agrees that has read this return policy and agrees with the terms and conditions herein.
